Home + Field LLC is owned and operated by Ventura resident Aaron Markle, who brings years of hands-on experience in carpentry, electrical work and painting coupled with a strong background in property maintenance and real estate management. Aaron has managed residential/commercial properties, overseen (and performed) maintenance requests, coordinated vendors and designed maintenance schedules, which gives him a deep understanding of how to keep homes safe, functional and looking their best for years to come. Known for being organized, detail-oriented and customer-focused, he treats every project as if it were his own home and communicates clearly from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Aaron’s roots in service and community run deep—he actively enjoys volunteering with his kids sports teams, working with local organizations and food donation programs as well as past disaster relief initiatives like a Ventura Strong clothing drive for Thomas Fire victims. He continually looks for ways to give back.
