Home + Field LLC is owned and operated by Ventura resident Aaron Markle, who brings years of hands-on experience in carpentry, electrical work and painting together with a strong background in property maintenance and real estate management. Aaron has managed residential properties, overseen maintenance requests and coordinated vendors, which gives him a deep understanding of how to keep homes safe, functional and looking their best. Known for being organized, detail-oriented and customer-focused, he treats every project as if it were his own home and communicates clearly from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Aaron’s roots in service and community run deep—he actively enjoys volunteering with his kids sports teams, organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, local food donation programs and a past Ventura clothing drive for Thomas Fire victims- he continually looks for ways to give back.
